What Causes Dizziness Along With Sharp Pain In The Head?

was in garden turned head got light headed enough I almost fell out also have been having head pains not headaches like say if you would put a nail and hit it a sharp pain that only lasts a couple seconds and on my right side usually my face muscles have been like tweeking where my mouth wont work

I really appreciate your concern, if this is just happens once only then it may be insignificant and may not be due to any disease and if this goes on happening on and often then it need to sent for routine examination including CT of brain, you have not mentioned age and gender else something better could have been advised hope this information helps.
