What Causes Dizziness Along With Sore Neck And Fever?

My 8 year old son has symptoms of dizziness, sore neck, fever off and on, ear ache, vomiting, sore throat. He came home form school on Thursday because he threw up, no fever, then was ok Friday and Saturday. But Sunday afternoon threw up again and had a fever. He threw up again in middle of night last night and now this evening is complaining of sore neck, ear pain and sore throat and his fever is 102.
