I feel lightheaded my head is tingling I have a very fast heart rate and I m cold I snorted meth for the past two days and I didn t sleep last night I haven t been drinking a lot of water and I just ate a tuna sandwich what should I do to help my symptoms

For that you may require MRI neck after spine surgeon consultation

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition
