What Causes Dizziness Along With Tinnitus?

Hello. I got a slight dizzy spell last night while sitting in my recliner. Felt fine afterwards. Got up today and with every word I spoke and every word I heard on the phone was a beep tone, similar to what you hear when you get put on hold on the phone. This was with every syllable. I do have very high pitched ringing in my ears, but this was something I had never experienced before. I ve been having some earaches but they go away with ibuprofen. What could it be?
