General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your concern is regarding the precipitants of a migraine attack.

For avoiding migraine attack kindly avoid precipitants like bright light, loud noise, lack of sleep, fasting etc.

You need to take regular sleep and take a regular meal.

During the migraine attack, ibuprofen can be prescribed.

If still repeated migraine attack occurs than rizatriptan can be taken.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
