What Causes Dizziness Along With Tiredness?

Good morning I was wondering if you could help me. I am 55 years old and for the past 3 months I ve been feeling slightly heady (not dizzy or faint) and have a constant feeling of being worn out (although I am getting enough sleep). My blood pressure is 110/66. Could this be causing these feelings. I lead quite a busy life but feel so washed our at the moment. Many thanks Linda Hunt

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic...

Your main complaint is weakness and headache....(dizziness not present)

Your blood pressure mild low...
Normal is 120/80. So you can take salty food for it's improvement....

Investigate done for rule out anemia...
For that hb estimation and peripheral smear examination done..
Than if needed serum ferritin and serum b12 level done and corrected accordingly..

History for hypothyroidism taken and ruled out by serum TSH if needed....

Your ear examination and physical examination also done and accordingly work up as needed..

Take care

Advise : Physician consultation for examination..
