What Causes Dizziness And Back Pain Along With Pressure In The Head?

My hubby was previously hospital iced with possible. Tia. He was sent home the next day and since then has not been feeling good still having light headed Ness pain in the back know of the neck trouble walking and pressure in the head. Would this be part of any of that
