What Causes Dizziness And Balance Disorder While Taking Montelukast?
I have been prescribed with Loratadine and Montelukast for my seasonal allergy for over a year .I daily for each ..Then one month ago I was asked to replace Montelukast for Zafirlukast ...Since 15 days ago I suffered a light dizzy ,kind of loosing balance in walking for half an hour two weeks ago .These 3 days this sympton appear longer and more often ..the same feeling like taking Benadryl but not feeling sleepy ..Should I continue using these medicine or I should stop ..My blood pressure is 111/73 ...no coughing ,no fever ..

It might be a slight side effect of Zafirlukast. I think you should continue taking it as prescribed by your doctor, and report this side effect to him/her.
