Hello i am a 21 year old female and i have been feeling dizzy for about two months now once i even lost my balance and had to sit down as i was walking up the stairs. I also have problems concentrating in class and had this sharp pain on the right side of my head close to my right temple once due to sudden movement. Another thing that was bothering me is sometimes my vision gets foggy..or lets say something white blocking my view on both of my eyes...
Noted your history well and understood the problems. As per the history you have provided this looks a serious problem as you have severe ache, vision problem and vertigo also. There is a possibility of intra-cranial problem that has caused all the symptoms. Hence I would advise you the following: Consult an ENT and Neurosurgeon asap. MRI of the brain and relevant tests of blood, EEG will help to get the exact cause and thus get symptomatic as well as specific treatment as per the cause found. Do not delay or self medicate.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
