What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision After A History Of Having Aneurysm?

I had open heart surgery for an aneurism 3 years ago. Since then I occasional get a little dizzy and my eyes get blurry. What s odd is if I cover one eye vision is clear in the other then. Can do this with either eye. This occurs a few times a week. This only lasts for a minute or two. Saw opthamalogist, had no answer, found nothing wrong with eyes.

As per your history is concerned you are feeling dizziness and blurred vision .As you have already clinically checked by an eye doctor and ruled out all eye problems it is good secondly you have dizziness and it has many pathological reasons ,as you have already done a heart surgery 3 year ago ,so first let us ruled out (Atrial Flutter) and Fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD)so do an ECG and ECHO and angiogram of the left carotid artery .(Thanks)
