What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision While Driving Or Lifting Hand?

I have for the past week had problems with dizziness it does seem to affect my eyes also when I am driving or if I lift my hands over my head for a second.I have had vertical before but this is not the same before the whole room would spin and I would get sick

you are having vertigo. ear examination for coduction deafness or nerve deafness and rotation test is to be done. till youare normal you should not drive vehicle. you should take vertin tabletfor vertigo.
