What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Hi I was having lunch this afternoon and was seated,I turned my head to my left and when I turned back I felt lightheaded and felt what was like my blood pressure was high and i saw starlike things and my vision blurred. I didn t feel right for a few minutes and it subsided. I left and went to the store and about 20 minutes later i just felt a little faint. Those were the last I had and the only two episodes i ve had. I feel just fine now. I v never had any health problems, not overweight, don t smoke, drink little, and work moderately physically.
