Hi, I have this issue where I start getting overheated with just basic work activity even but I don t start sweating until I m half unconscious. I start to fill dizzy sometimes but other times my vision just starts going grey. I have mild Aspergers if that makes a difference.

Hello
The symptoms that you described are symptoms of hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar).
When you start feeling those symptoms again take 2 teaspoons of sugar or 3 teaspoons of honey followed by a piece of bread, if symptoms disappeared that confirm hypoglycaemia.
Try to have small meals between your main meals to avoid another episode in the future.

Hope I answered your question
Wish you a speedy recovery
Best regards
Dr. Noor Farid
