Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I really admire you for a detailed description of his problem. Owing to his age and previous surgery, he is prone to cerebrovascular accidents or stroke in brain. So, please don't neglect and get his brain MRI done to rule out any narrowing of blood vessels or any bleed. It's better to consult a neurophysician in this regard. His blood pressure and pulse are apparently normal. Statins and hypertension medication can be continued.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M.
