What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

hi there
yesterday night i was at a meal with my friends whilst eating i all of a sudden felt sick so i went outside as soon i as i went outside i started to feel really dizzy blurred vision almost passed out it really freaked me out its never happened before, do you think this was a one off thing or should i go see a doctor?

this is a gatro intestinal problem. this can be food poisoning or allergy to any thing youare eating. remember the things you have consumed. try to avoid those thing and the cafeteria.
