Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
33 year male dizzy, pain thru out body, can t walk straight, feel as if to pass out. Appetite is normal, drinking fluids normal, slight fever.Have seasonal allergies (from Midwest region) Now live in Georgia. Work as motorcycle mechanic, avid motorcycle rider, did yard work a week ago.
There can be various reasons for dizziness and body aches. It can be due to low hemoglobin or low levels of calcium or other vitamins like vitamin D. It can also be due to some infection like viral infection. Sometimes neck muscle pain or spasm can also cause dizziness. Even electrolyte imbalance (abnormal salts in the body) can also cause this.
So first of all take a good diet. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Also you must go for some investigations like complete blood count, vitamin d and b12 levels, calcium, electrolytes and ECG done. This will help to make a proper diagnosis and plan the treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
