What Causes Dizziness And Breathlessness While Suffering From Gastroenteritis?

Hi i have had gastroenteritis viral for last 3 days. Feel better today but when i try to do house chores i get extremely weak dizzy and short of breath. Is this normal. About 4 months ago i was cleared as generally recovered from a bout of diagnosed severe adrenal fatigue which i had for 3 years

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared,you have dehydration and electrolytes imbalances secondary to gastroenteritis. Try taking a lot of ORS and eat bananas. If the dizziness persists then get your blood tests like complete blood counts and electrolytes check.
