What Causes Dizziness And Burning Sensation On The Head?

hi, i had a pace maker placed on 5.3.17 and at times i fell dizzy, light headed and like burning sensation on my head (like a hot flash) and will slightly sweat. I also get sharp pain on my left ribs(underneath my breast) I don t like the felling that i am about to faint. any advise? thanks

I can understand your concern.
Since you are having pace maker, we should definitely rule out
1. Hypotension due to arrhythmia
2. Coronary artery disease (CAD).
So consult cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo, stress test and Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of Ecg).
You may need repacing of pace maker or other cardiac supportive drugs.
