What Causes Dizziness And Chest Discomfort While Suffering From Sinusitis?

I thought it was allergies, but my sinus congestion has become lightheaded with a tightness in my chest, I have a slight cough and get fatigued very easily.Also my left thigh gets exhausted quickly and I can hardly walk. Do this symptoms make sense?

Hi,

Your presentation could be due to viral upper respiratory tract infection.

In that case like in influenza infection fatigue can be present.

But it's advisable to investigate with chest X-ray and CBC as primary work up.

I suggest you consult a physician once for a physical examination.
