What Causes Dizziness And Chest Discomfort?

I am a 63 year old female that has enjoyed excellent health for the most part. I recently have felt dizziness and very recently, within the last week, feel a fluttering feeling in my upper chest region. I feel it more when I am lying down and seems to occur more frequently after eating. Please help!
