What Causes Dizziness And Chills?

hi i ve had a bad head for the last week on and off, light headed , feeling sick mainly when i wake in a morning, ringing in my ears, today i ve woke feeling cold like my body s shaking inside, feeling like i m in a bit of a daze not really with it 100%

I have gone through your query. Upper respiratory infections like sinusitis can give such symptoms. Getting an ENT specialist consultation will be helpful for this. In such case nasal decongestant sprays, antibiotics and vitamin C will be helpful.
