What Causes Dizziness And Confusion After Recovering From Fever?

I was sick for a week with fever and could not stay awake. Now after the week I am suffering with confusation, dizziness and my right arm is numbBrad. Spend day in hospital where they ran CAT Scan, MRI, blood test. Found nothing. Any idea as what to do next

I think you may be suffering a inner ear infection or labyrinthitis. It comes from your viral infection. Also you may have post viral fatigue syndrome.
