What Causes Dizziness And Dark Spots In The Vision?

Hi, ever since I was a teen I d get random dizzy spells and figured this was fairly normal as they were short and rarely had them. Now I am 22 and recently have been having the dizzy spells daily for about a week every few weeks. But now it s not just spells and I have felt almost constantly slightly dizzy, with dark spots or I guess what people would day stars, but look like a couple of flies buzzing about but light spots. I was wondering if you could give me possible causes in which I could take to the Drs in the week. I have been before but it hasn t been this severe and was always assumed an ear issue, which would be checked and it wasn t, to monitor, or that it might be viral but then no further symptoms appear. Please help. Thanks
