I am having symptoms I can t explain. I am extremely dizzy, diarrhea, nauseous, hot flashes with faint feeling and weight loss. I have RA and mixed connective tissue disease. In the past month I have had numerous test because of extreme diarrhea and pain on left side under rib cage. I had CT scan don and they found a non alcoholic fatty liver . They sent off stool test and all was neg for blood and virus. They put me on medication for IBS. My symptoms just seem to be getting worse in stead of better. I am not sure what direction to go next. Should I go back to my gastroenterologist?
