What Causes Dizziness And Difficulty In Walking?

okay I worked late on friday night, when i got home, I decided to skip sleep and get all my housework doneand clear some things out. stayed up all day saturday as well. Last night, i wanted to watch a little tv before bed, but dozed off on the couch. the nieighbors started fired off some fireworks, and woke me up. I discovered I had wet myself and when i got up to go change, I got dizzy, and couldn t walk. I fell into my coffee table. I kept waking up all night to go to the batchroom, and my mouth was always dry. i vomited, but all that came out was water. I have a high fever. took tylenol this morning.
