What Causes Dizziness And Discomfort Neck After Having A Major Car Accident?

Hi my dad was in a car wreck three days ago, bad damage to his truck, he did hurt at the seen, but three hours later took him to the er, they did test and CT , he is still having problems with his head neck and gets dizzy alot, should I take him back or wait and see how he fills in the morning

I really appreciate your concern, ideally such case need to be kept in the hospital under medical supervision, if he is not doing good then it is most advisable to take him in hospital again, you have not mentioned what was the CT findings, hope this information helps, take care.
