What Causes Dizziness And Ear Pressure Along With Twitching In The Eyes?

I was told that I had Endolymphatic hydrops 3 years ago. I have some dizziness and full ear feeling . My biggest concern and most difficult symptom to deal with though is that my eyes feel s though they are jumping around and don t seem to track together. I see double at times and just have difficult time trying to get them to settle don and keep focus. Anytime I move my head there is th chance that my eyes will bounce around until they can focus. I find myself either shutting one eye to look left and right while driving or closing on eye so I can see ithout them bouncing and dancing around. I don t know if this is part of the Endolymphatic disease or if it s muscular or something in my brain. I had a CT scan 3 yrs ago and a MRI maybe 8?yrs ago and nothing conclusive as found. Do you have any ideas as to what this might be or here to go for definitive answers?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This is not a part of endolymphatic hydrops. This looks more like nystagmus, which is an involuntary movement of the eyes. We need to get your refraction and retina checked and final diagnosis can be achieved.

Hope it helps.
