What Causes Dizziness And Earache?

I have been getting dizzy off & on since last winter. I have pain in my right ear, and I do have allergies. I went to the emergency room a couple time last year, and one of the time, my ear had a ton of fluid, but the other times nothing. Thinking I might have labrynthitis. What do you think I should do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dizziness and ear pain may be due to Eustachian tube block may be due to allergy which may gives rise to ear pain, vertigo, and mild impaired hearing. You may avoid allergen like pollen, animal dander, cold climate, cool drinks, and freeze water. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days. If symptoms do not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
