What Causes Dizziness And Elevated Blood Sugar Levels?

Hello. Blood work has ruled me out as a diabetic, but I am having spikes in my sugar levels. I am dizzy, disoriented, light headed, extremely fatigued. The doctors are running more blood work. I have chrohns disease but other than allergy issues am relatively healthy.
