General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of dizziness and fever, lump in front of leg and so on.
The lump if of recent origin can be due to infection that can cause temperature to rise and secondary dizziness due to fever and weakness.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor as soon as possible.
Clinical examination of the lump and body.
Get the blood and urine tested.
Ultrasonography of the lump and incision and drainage if the abscess is present.
Appropriate antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications will help you get alright.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
