What Causes Dizziness And Excessive Bleeding After A Dog Bite?

My dog got startled or scared I m not sure as we were both asleep and I were t aware he was in my bed. But as Ive turned o wrong I think he panic cause I felt a jolt and then he bit my nose. The bit isn t deep and looks more like how a nip looks but cause it s the nose looks worse than it is. This is abnormal behaviour for him and he feels bad now. My nose has gone numbish and feels almost as if i have water in my nose. The what can be more described as a cut is on the left side of my nose on the outside side , bottom of my nostril on the right side and on the inside on the right nostril on the middle part(seems the most damage due to that being a thin part of the nose) I do think I went into shock. There was also a lot of blood which didn t stop for almost an hour and still I tiny bit now. Do feel bit lightheaded but I think that s the shock
