What Causes Dizziness And Excessive Sweating After Exercising?
Body Temperature Tag1021 Last June our 15 year old daughter got too hot at a basketball camp. Since then every time she is exercising or working too hard, she gets some of these symptoms: eyes crossing, dizzy, extremely sweaty. Can your body s thermostat get out of whack? Or have you heard of this. Where do we start to try to figure this out? Thanks!
Intense workout or sporting event that involves more physical exertion than you're used to can lead to an excessive elevation in the body temperature.Known by the medical term exertional heat illness (EHI), this condition is most likely to occur in hot, humid conditions.
Hot, humid environment limits the effectiveness of cooling your body through sweating.Intense sweating in a hot environment also causes you to lose more body water, which further compromises your body's ability to maintain a normal body temperature.Drink plenty of water, exercise in low humidity conditions, drink plenty of fruit juices.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
