What Causes Dizziness And Excessive Sweating After Inserting Tampon?

My period isn t regular yet but I have gotten it. It just so happened that I got my period the same week there is a poop party. I tried using a tampon, but it hurt a little and I got super dizzy. After a while I was fine. I tried again a little later but I got so dizzy and I started to sweat that I panicked and took it out right away. Why am I getting dizzy and sweating?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the dizziness and discomfort is not just related to using tampon during periods.
It can be simply related to premenstrual symptoms or even other health issues.
Doing a total blood count and formula and biochemical blood balance is advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
