What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue Along With Low BP?

I am a 38 yr old female with PKD. My BP has been dropping lately. I get dizzy and weakness. I have been experiencing headaches either before during, and after my blood pressure drops. Could this have something to do with my kidney function? I am on hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg and lisinopril 40mg

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms that you are experiencing can be a side effect of the medications (Hydrochlorothiazide & Lisinopril) that you are taking. It looks like you have been taking these medications for quite too long. Report to your treating PCP so that some other substitutes for the medications can be given or the doses altered(reduced). In the meantime keep yourself well hydrated, take ORS, soups & juice. Eat small nutritious meals at frequent intervals.
