What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue?

Hello, I m a 70 year-old male with some back and joint problems. Last Friday, I started to feel dizzy, fatigued with a rapid heart beat and chills. I consulted with my family physician who noted that I have an ear infection. She prescribed some over the counter s like Meclizine and Nasal spray. I have been taking them for the last two days but have not noticed any reduction in my symptoms. Do you have any advice for me please? Thank you, Moe

I do understand your concern

“As” per your current clinical history is concerned you need a detailed physical examination and secondly do two tests like Hemoglobin% and ECG to rule out most common disease like anemia and Atrial Fibrillation so treatment depends upon exact finding only.
