What Causes Dizziness And Floaters In The Field Of Vision?

this morning my vision started spinning in front of my eyes. by staring at one point i was able to slow it down and then it started spinning in the opposite direction and then by continuing to look at one point in my vision it stopped and went away. from start to finish probably about 20 seconds. I have several floaters in my eyes and have noticed a new one just recently.

Hi,

Floaters and dimness in eyes need assessments. If you have any eye disease, hypertension, DM, or any other chronic disease, or if your age is over 50, then this floaters and dizziness would need proper eye specialist opinion.

This may be related to retinal diseases like a tear in the retinue, or bleeding inside the eye. So better be seen by an eye doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
