fluctuation in the pulse rate even in a normal person is usual and normal finding.
in normal person pulse rate varies e.g fast after doing an exercise , exersion , drinking coffee or tea , smoking etc

possible if fast after warm bath also.
it may be associated with some underlying illness also
fever, anaemia , flu, etc

at your age i dont think you should worry much for this if it is occasional . but if it is persistant then you need to do at least one blood test like CBC or atleast blood Haemoglobin .
