What Causes Dizziness And Fluttering In Stomach After Removal Of Ovaries?

i am 3 weeks post op from having my ovaries removed...almost immediately after surgery have been dizzy and even now 3 weeks later have had several horrible dizzy spells..now the last 4 days i feel a fluttering in my head on the lower right side...its so strange feeling..like its deep in my head.
I am also A-symptomatic myeloma and my age is 45.

Hi,

I think that this can happen after your ovaries are removed and there is sudden menopause. I would suggest you to start a course of vitamins continue isoflavones, have lots of fluids, and make sure your electrolytes are normal. Also, take a course of pantoprazole and paracetamol for 5 days. Hormone replacement in your case would be a bad option since you have myeloma.
