What Causes Dizziness And Goose Bump Like Feeling On Face And Head?

Im 17 year old female and recently i been having a goosebump feeling on the left side of my face and head. It feels like goose bumps but stays there for a couple minutes. Its happened a couple times before and i ignored it. But just earlier it lasted longer than usual and i got a little dizzy. I have high blood pressure. I dont know if that means anything but i would like to have some kind of clue about what it might be. ?

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that your all the symptoms are functional in origin and this is nothing to worry, as you said that you have a high blood pressure but you did not mentioned this how much the reading of your blood pressure you are too young for all this, forget this and enjoy the life have a nice day.
