What Causes Dizziness And Head Spinning During Pregnancy?

I am currently nine months pregnant and feel a heartbeat in my left ear. This lasted all day then stopped and when I went to bed tonight I was lying on my left side and felt like I was going to pass out. Very dizzy with room spinning. My head still feels fuzzy but I no longer feel like I might pass out. Could this just be pregnancy related?

Hi,
It is more likely that there might be having increasing of your blood pressure giving this problem.
Go for measuring your blood pressure.
Consult your Obst and get examined for having any sign of toxemia of pregnancy.
