What Causes Dizziness And Headache After Drinking Plenty Of Water?

hi..im 22 year old female...im now beginning a routine to drink 2 liters a day..because i just used to drink 3 glassed a day and i realized the need to rehydrate myself more often .but i noticed that everytime i drink plenty of water..i got so dizzy my head aches... does this really have to do with me drinking plenty of water? its just because this dizziness starts when i also start my routine..any answer pls?
