At 6 am this morning I fell down a flight of stairs. My symptoms are dizziness, headache, blurred vision and irritated by sound and light. And the pain form a scale from 1-10 feels like i got hit by a mack truck. Are these symptoms of a mild case or serious case of a concussion?
