What Causes Dizziness And Headache And Tingling Feeling In Chest?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and 2 days. Yesterday I hate a pulse rate of 140, I have had slight upper chest pain/tingly, shortness of breath, dizziness and headaches. The mid wife seemed concerned, but when the dr came in she just dismissed me and said I was fine to go home. The ECG showed that there were no heart murmers etc, although there is obviously strain on my heart.. the baby is fine
