What Causes Dizziness And Headache In A 14 Year Old?

I have a 14 year old daughter and she has been complaining of dizziness and headache. She says that her knees feel like jello when she gets up. I am thinking she is not eating enough and possible hypoglycemic. She plays softball pretty much all week in the Florida sun What else could it be

Hello,

Most probably it is due to low blood pressure. Other causes like anemia also be ruled out as it can cause similar symptoms. As of now, drink plenty of water especially salted feeds. You can go for a complete blood count (CBC) to rule out anemia. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
