What Causes Dizziness And Headache In A Healthy Person?

I just took my bp it was 108/66 with a pulse of 86 I feel exhausted and have a bad headache Tylenol did not help. I m dizzy as well I do take thyroid pills and thyroid has been perfect for a long time other than that I m amazingly healthy what could be my issue

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the dizziness is the only issue then it may not be due to blood pressure and not even due to medicine but it could be due to vestibular dysfunction but most of the time it may be due to some functional condition, and in my opinion on tentative basis "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
