What Causes Dizziness And Headaches After Having Bruising In Spine?

Hello,

on Friday night I had a bad accident at the skate park trying to front flip on rollerblades. I landed hard on my lower back, an ambulance was called as I could not move due to pain. On the way to hospital I began to drift in and out of consciousness, the ambulance crew were unsure of the reason why. I was stable so they began to suspect a head injury. I am sure I did not hit my head and I was wearing a helmet too. I had no serious damage to my spine just severe internal bruising and soft tissue injury. I have been having some worrying symptoms since then: Dizziness, feeling sick, almost passing out, severe loss of appetite, mild headaches and feeling cold then hot. Why am I having these symptoms and should I got to see a health professional?

Thank you.
