What Causes Dizziness And Headaches After Taking Cephalexin?

I ve had a sinus infection for 2.5 weeks that I was just treated for (cepalexin) on Friday. Now today, I stood up to put my coat on and got extremely dizzy, sinus headache, and my knees gave out under me. I felt like I was going to pass out (which has never happened to me before.) I thought maybe I had low blood sugar (I gave birth 3 months ago and am breastfeeding) but the dizziness still persists hours later. Do I need to go to urgent care?
