What Causes Dizziness And Headaches In An Elderly Person Post Trauma?

my grandmother got some head bruise yesterday. we were strolling on the zoo and she was sitting of her wheelchair/walker when we got into the accident. the walker got out of balance when we hit on of the drainage and then she hit her back head on the ground. it wasn t that hard but still there was a bump on her head. i gave her cold compress right away and assess her if she s not feeling well, dizziness, uncontrollable headache but she said she s fine. there s no weakening of the muscles, no memory loss, no unnatural behavior. today, the bump in here head already subsided but i m still worried if she still needs medical attention or if she s okay to fly tomorrow morning?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the dizziness is sever one along with nausea and sick feel, and vomiting then it is better to avoid the air travelling because it may increase the symptoms may be serious one so better to avoid flying it is best for her hope this information helps.
