Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Coming to the symptoms, dizziness and pain in arms and legs are common in cervical disc pathology.other symptoms like blurred vision make me think of a space occupying lesion in brain.kindly go for an MRI brain and spinal cord.that would definitely help us arrive at an accurate diagnosis.let me mention a few important measures for pain relief of cervical disc bulge :

1) Postural modification is very important.
2) Activities like lifting weight, long and jerky driving are to be avoided
3) In intense pain, rest is advised.
4) A neck collar can be used during work.
5) Neck muscle strengthening exercises really help in pain alleviation as well as preventing frequent episodes.

If your symptoms of blurring of vision, headache, ear pounding persist or increase in intensity,a neurophysician opinion is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
