What Causes Dizziness And Heart Rate Decrease After Smoking Cigarettes?

I was smoking some cigaretes and I ve been feeling funny ever since it started with dizzness and fuuny/ hard time walking and shaking on and off it is starting to slow down but I feel like I need to abrf heart rate per minute I counted 62 what does this mean??? Coud I be having a reaction to the nicotine? Shortness of breath is occuring as well

well.... mostly the nicotine. It has a direct effect of increasing the heart rate. Also, several other effects indirectly increase the heart rate:
1) more lung stimulation. sometimes lower oxygen, or asthma, or other lung irritation.
2) causes the circulation to clamp up
